UPDATE 3/19 -

As we look ahead to the coming days, weeks and months, it is difficult to predict what they will hold. While we must certainly prepare for a disruption in business as “usual”, it is also our hope to maintain as much normalcy and routine as we possibly can. Rest assured we are committed to providing exceptional experiences and helping you safely spend time with loved ones where you can get outside, unplug, relax, recharge and reconnect. In support of this we have and will continue to take measures to protect both our employees and customers. Our dealerships have been apart of your neighborhood for the last 26 years and because of our growing relationship with customers like you, you can feel comfortable, confident and secure doing business with us.

WHAT TO KNOW WHEN VISITING OUR SHOWROOMS

Our showrooms are operating at normal business hours. Our teams are diligently disinfecting the stores. Hot spots like customer lounges, restrooms, door handles and boats are most frequently attended to. We are also limiting our showroom capacities to 10 guests.

We have put internal travel between our company buildings on hold. We have also asked employees who have recently been traveling on an aircraft to remain self-contained-away from work for a minimum of 14 days and to get tested for COVID-19.

We respectfully ask that if you are feeling ill in any way that you refrain from coming to our facilities. Our expert team is available by phone, email and online to answer your questions and help you find your recreational vehicle virtually. Please do not put yourselves, your family or our employees at risk.

ALTERNATIVES TO SHOPPING IN STORE

We are now offering private showings and virtual appointments at all of our locations to continue to comfortably and safely allow you to shop all of our products.

We will also offer the option to set up virtual appointments via  Facetime, Skype, and Zoom.

Our expert team is available online to answer your questions and help you find your recreational vehicle virtually. We are committed to prompt responses and communication via text, email, and Facebook.If you are interested in purchasing or have a scheduled closing but are uneasy about visiting River Valley, we have you covered. We can do paperwork for any unit purchase via internet, email and phone or deliver to your driveway with same or next day delivery.

SAFE OPTIONS FOR SERVICING YOUR BOAT, PWC, OR POWERSPORT UNIT

You can schedule an appointment by contacting your local River Valley Service Department via phone, email or by visiting rivervalleypowerandsport.com

If you are located within a 50 mile radius of the store, we will pick up and deliver your vehicle back if you adhere to the recommending cleaning provisions. 

If you'd prefer to visit us and wait for your product, or use our mobile service when available, we'd love to see you!

Incoming boats on order are still expected to be on time. We have not seen any breakdowns or delays in the supply chain from our manufactures. Several loads are still coming in on a weekly basis, and will continue to come until April.

CONTACT US WITH ANY CONCERNS

With the cancellation of the Northwest Sportshow we are working on a safe alternative for you to view our boats and still have the option to receive the best show prices to get out on the water this spring and summer. After all, social distancing and being outdoors will be one of the best ways to protect yourself and your family.

Our management team is meeting every other day to determine the best course of action for everyone. We will continue communicate new developments to you in a timely manner. Please stay safe and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
