River Valley was started by Red Wing native, John Wooden, in 1996 as a lawncare business. Over the last 20+ years, River Valley Power & Sport - Marine has grown into a full marine and powersports dealership. John highly values the quality time he gets with his wife, Carrie, and sons, Will & Nick. The Wooden family spends lots of time enjoying the beautiful outdoors together; fishing, hunting, boating and snowmobiling in the winter. He has even gotten his sons involved in the business during the summer, running the marina in Red Wing and working in our service departments. John has brought his strong family values into everything he does at this dealership. 

John treats his staff like family, the staff treats each other like family, and we all treat our customers like family.
